Investigation and Analysis of Contamination and Foundation of LC - MS /MS Determination Method of Mycotoxins in Vegetable Oils

A liquid chromatography-mass spectrometric (LC-ESI-MS/MS) method for the determination of 9 mycotoxins aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2, ochratoxin A, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, T-2 and fumonisins B1 in plant oil was founded. The limits of quantitation of 9 mycotoxins are 0. 2 - 1. 0 μg /kg, the recovery ranges are 73% - 98%, and the relative standard deviation rangesare 7. 6% - 15. 0%. Peanut oil, corn oil, soybean oil, olive oil, blend oil and sesame oil samples from Fujian, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong and Shanxi were detected. The results demonstrated that three samples were contaminated by AFB1, their concentrations were below the safety limits, and ten samples were contaminated by ZEN, the concentrations of one peanut oil and one corn oil samples were up to 946. 2 μg /kg and 1 160. 1 μg /kg, respectively. The fatty acid of the peanut oil sample was detected by GC - MS,the results showed that the sample is corn oil in fact.
